The Preschool Educational programs incorporates three (3) learning ranges, which is English, Arithmetic, and Araling Panlipunan/Pagbasa. Furthermore, computer course is taken as a extraordinary program once a week just like Penmanship, Music, Arts, and Physical Education are coordinates to compose one learning area. 

To react to the pupils’ socio-cultural formative needs, Friday is distributed to the LabLife – brief term for Research facility of Life. It is on this day where students create and appreciate verbal ability, work outs, rhythmic coordination through melodies and moves, nature and craftsmanship works and essential survival expertise exercises befitting their age.

The Grade School has embraced the K to 12 Educational programs for Grades 1 to 6 towards the achievement of useful proficiency. The curriculum for Grades 1 to 6 incorporates Filipino, Math, English, Araling Panlipunan, MAPEH, Science, Home Economics and Livelihood Education as presented in the previous years. 

Moreover, as a Catholic school, St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City takes Christian Living as the center of the educational modules and as the interface to the Character Education of the Improved Basic Education Program.

Grade 7 to Grade 10 take after the K to 12 Educational programs which points to form a useful basic education system that will deliver beneficial and responsible citizens prepared with the essential competencies and aptitudes for both life-long learning and work. Whereby, in order to attain these objectives, the program has the following objectives: 

First, providing each students an opportunity to get quality instruction based on an upgraded and decongested educational programs that's globally recognized and comparable. 

Second, altering public perception that high school instruction is just a preparation for college; or maybe, it ought to permit one to require advantage of opportunities for profitable career or work and/or self-employment in a quickly changing and progressively globalized environment

The Senior High School (SHS) covers the final two years of the K to 12 curriculum, which incorporates Grades 11 and 12. In SHS, students will go through a center educational modules and subjects beneath a track of their choice.
