The Campus Ministry reflects the vision and mission of St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City. It was established to help and offer assistance the individuals of the SMACC community in their faith-journey to become developed Christians. A School Registrar is an administrative office in an institution which aims to help students with enrollment and withdrawal of classes as well as it takes care of everything from class schedules to financial aid, like maintain student records, test scores, works with school counselors and handles other different regulatory and clerical errands as required.
The Cashier’s Office is responsible for the receipting and depositing of all school related funds. The Community Involvement Program is one of the Support Administrations Units that initiates the planning and executing of the social orientation, association and beneficiary expansion programs to the school community, which reacts to the call of different social issues in the society.
The Guidance Center aims to create the entire well-being of students in the community. The Center supports the school in making an environment that is conducive to learning and in giving the means to assist the students accomplish their optimum possibilities, where in it supply relevant information which give importance to the school community.

The Instructional Media Center (IMC) is one of the units of SMACC, which gives a wide extend of varying media resources, equipment and services to improve the quality of educating and learning activities of the students, whereby these assets are housed within the school library and school media center.
