ST. MARY’S ACADEMY OF CALOOCAN CITY (SMACC) is a Catholic, Filipino school possessed and managed by the sisters of the Religious of the Virgin Mary (RVM), which was formerly named Our Lady of Grace Academy (OLGA) and was renamed to SMACC to bind together by the RVM’s school framework. The school is located at 12th Avenue, East Grace Park, Caloocan City, Metro Manila.

Beneath the modern administration of S. Ma. Evelyn C. Aguilar, RVM as the new Directress/Principal, SMACC will continue its contemporary journey with the pilot usage of the Grade 12 program from school year 2017 - 2018. St. Mary's Academy will ceaselessly provide Quality Ignacian Marian Education to the Filipino youth, and develop students in their mental and Otherworldly growth with the values of Faith, Excellence and Service.

CAMPUS MINISTRY

The Campus Ministry reflects the vision and mission of St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City. It was established to help and offer assistance the individuals of the SMACC community in their faith-journey to become developed Christians. It offers programs that are reliable to our Catholic legacy as they are established within the Ignacian Marian spirituality.

REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

A School Registrar is an administrative office in an institution which aims to help students with enrollment and withdrawal of classes as well as it takes care of everything from class schedules to financial aid, like maintain student records, test scores, works with school counselors and handles other different regulatory and clerical errands as required.

CASHIER'S OFFICE

The Cashier’s Office is responsible for the receipting and depositing of all school related funds. The objective of the Cashier’s Office is to ensure that monies due to or belonging to the School are received and accounted for in a manner which assures a complete and adequate record of each transaction and assures monetary control over the receiving function.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM

The Community Involvement Program is one of the Support Administrations Units that initiates the planning and executing of the social orientation, association and beneficiary expansion programs to the school community, which reacts to the call of different social issues in the society.

GUIDANCE CENTER

The Guidance Center aims to create the entire well-being of students in the community. The Center supports the school in making an environment that is conducive to learning and in giving the means to assist the students accomplish their optimum possibilities, where in it supply relevant information which give importance to the school community.

HEALTH SERVICES UNIT

School health administrations contribute to the objectives of the education system by giving screenings, regulating medicines and medications, giving first aid, giving health instruction, and supporting students to secure self-management abilities, in order to guarantee that all students are healthy and prepared to learn.

INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA CENTER

The Instructional Media Center (IMC) is one of the units of SMACC, which gives a wide extend of varying media resources, equipment and services to improve the quality of educating and learning activities of the students, whereby these assets are housed within the school library and school media center.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER

Schools utilize a different set of ICT tools to communicate, create, spread, store, and oversee data, in which the ITC may be a partner in the advancement of the school’s objective to attain quality Ignacian Marian Instruction that produces St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City globally competitive.
